Gift Voucher Terms And Conditions
Below you will find our gift voucher terms and conditions. These terms apply for all gift vouchers sold in person at our studio location and via our website. Please read the terms and conditions fully for details.
Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions for West 70 Photography:
■ Gift vouchers can be purchased online via our website and are available to send instantly via email or print at home. There is also the option to have a physical voucher delivered to you.
■ Gift vouchers that require physical postage will be subject to postage charges, which will be made clear before ordering. Vouchers are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once handed to Royal Mail, delivery times are outside of our control, but tracking information will be provided. Postage is handled via Royal Mail with tracking, though no signature is required on delivery. An express postage option is available for faster delivery, though we cannot guarantee this timeframe either. For local orders with delivery selected, your voucher may be hand delivered as part of the delivery fee. Please allow extra time for delivery during busy seasonal periods, public holidays, or outside of our normal opening hours. Postage charges cover the cost of postage, plus a small fee for packaging and handling.
■ Gift vouchers can only be redeemed at West 70 Photography’s studio in Downend, Bristol. They may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the voucher on payment of the difference.
■ Gift vouchers that are posted will differ in style from those chosen to email / print at home.
■ Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
■ Gift vouchers are not refundable in whole or in part.
■ It is the responsibility of the person purchasing the gift voucher to make sure all details provided during the process are correct. Any mistakes cannot be corrected once ordered.
■ Gift vouchers issued are valid for up to six guests to attend a portrait photoshoot unless the purchaser specifically upgrades or purchases coverage for extra guests (at an additional cost). Voucher holders are able to pay the difference for additional guests, if required.
■ Gift vouchers contain a ‘valid until’ date. The voucher can be used at any point up until this date. After the ‘valid until’ date has passed, any remaining balance will be cancelled and the voucher will be invalid.
■ It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to book an appointment before the expiration of their voucher. West 70 Photography cannot guarantee last minute availability for vouchers that are soon to expire. We recommend booking at least 14 days prior to your vouchers’ expiry.
■ West 70 Photography is under no obligation to honour vouchers that have expired.
■ Gift vouchers should be treated as cash. West 70 Photography will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.
■ West 70 Photography will only accept the value of the gift voucher upon presentation of the original voucher, which has a unique sales code linked to the voucher. Without this unique sales code a voucher will not be accepted.
■ Vouchers issued for a specific product or service will be honoured for that item, even if prices increase. Vouchers issued for a monetary value can be used as credit towards any current service. If the chosen service costs more than the voucher value at the time of booking, the difference will need to be paid.
■ A valid gift voucher must be presented at the time of the appointment, otherwise a fee will be due for the appointment.
■ West 70 Photography reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of gift vouchers at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the voucher, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.
■ Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase further gift vouchers.
■ Gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
■ All gift vouchers purchased online are all subject to a service charge of £0.75 per order. This is a fee charged by the company who handles our voucher sales.
