Our wedding photography pricing is clearly detailed below, in full, with no hidden costs or charges. We want our wedding photography pricing to be easy to understand and transparent without any fuss. Some customers go for the basic package, others decide to add on extras or go for a package deal to save money – either way, it’s entirely up to you and there’s no pressure to spend. We price things a little differently than a lot of other Bristol wedding photographers. We have an entry-level basic package which covers three hours of wedding photography, covering the vital part of the day including before, during and after the ceremony, with all the vital photographs covered. Everyone is booked on to this package as standard. Then it’s entirely up to you if you’d like to upgrade this and add on extra services. We have a number of ways you can upgrade. if you’d like, and it’s all detailed below in full.
Everything is fully priced on our website with no need to contact us for a quote, so you can pick and choose exactly what you would like with zero hassle. We are proud to offer complete price transparency. We charge the exact same rates for weddings as we do for any other event photography, so there are no inflated fees or hidden wedding premiums. Details of our ‘Basic Package’ for £499
Our basic wedding photography package includes a professional photographer for up to 3 hours to typically photograph guest arrivals, your ceremony and all the formal group shots with friends and family, the couples portraits and the drinks reception We’ll also photograph your wedding breakfast room, including your cake and any other decorative details, alongside capturing natural candid moments throughout the booking. Typically, your photography will finish around the time you go in for your food, depending on the schedule of your day.
Also included is professional editing and all the final JPEG digital images (typically 200+ photos), delivered in a private online gallery ready to download and share with family and friends typically within 4 weeks. Copyright permission is also included, so you can use your photographs for personal use. A meeting to discuss plans with us approximately one month before your day is also included.
If you wish to extend your coverage or add extras like a photo book, prints or a USB, you can easily customise or upgrade this package using the options detailed below. You do not need to decide on any extras right away – we will confirm exactly what coverage and any extras you might like when we finalise your plans one month before the wedding. Parking fees apply where charged. Travel may apply for city centre or longer-distance locations.
