Booking Information – Wedding Photography
We make the booking process as simple as possible! If you want to book us as your wedding photographers please contact us with the date and location of your event.
We’ll then check our availability. Hopefully we’ll be available and we’ll send you our online booking form. Our wedding booking form can only be accessed with a special link provided to you by us, so please contact us to secure your date. Our booking process is very simple and completed fully online and only takes a minute or two. We cover weddings all over the UK however weddings more than 10 miles from our studio in Downend, Bristol will be subject to minimal travel costs. There are also modest charges for city centre locations or areas where parking charges apply. Please let us know your venue(s) for an exact price (if applicable).
We require a £100 booking fee to secure your date. This is non-refundable. The rest of your balance is due one month before your event. A month before the wedding is also when we recommend meeting with us (in person or by phone / video call) to discuss plans and go over the details of your day. We’ll also take care of the final balance during this meeting and confirm if you wanted to add on any extra services (don’t worry, there’s no obligation or any pushy sales!).
We accept payment by Internet bank transfer or credit/debit card for your deposit. We can also take payments over the telephone. If you’d like to make a booking in person please get in touch or make an appointment instantly online (we are open by appointment only – bookings in-person are optional). Our studio is located in Downend, Bristol (directions).
Once your date is confirmed in the diary we’ll be in touch nearer to the big day to organise the final details and discuss your requirements and answer any questions.
We recommend booking as early as possible to avoid any disappointment. We only take on one wedding booking on any one day – so once a date is booked up, it’s no longer available to be booked.
