Each session lasts up to 10 minutes, giving us enough time to capture a selection of options for you to choose from. - Card Payments Only: We kindly ask that all payments are made by card, as we don’t accept cash.
How Does It Work?
Simply come along to our Headshot Open Day any time between 10am and 3pm on [Coming In Early 2026 – date to be announced]. There’s no need to book in advance – just drop in any time, ready to be photographed. If we’re already photographing another customer, there may be a short wait, but sessions are kept to a maximum of 10 minutes so things move along without delay. When it’s your turn, you’ll have the studio space to yourself with our photographer, using our infinity cove backdrop set up and ready to go. We’ll capture a selection of relaxed, natural poses – resulting in a classic headshot that conveys professionalism.
You pay for the photoshoot at the end of the open day appointment (see full pricing above). Payment by card only please – we do not accept cash.
Each appointment is limited to 10 minutes. Please arrive ‘photo ready’ as changing outfits on site is not possible during the open day sessions. We’ll take as many photos as we can during the appointment. There will be plenty of time to take a small variety of headshot photos.
Please note we do have to strictly stick to the 10-minute photoshoot session to keep it fair for everyone and to keep things moving along. Disabled access is available, on request.
We’ll take your contact information during the photoshoot, so we can send you the photos to view afterwards. Once your photos are ready we will email you a private gallery link within 7 days of the open day. We will provide as many photos as possible for you to see, but the final number can vary based upon each photoshoot. The gallery link will be emailed to you at the email address provided during the appointment. Please check your spam folder for our messages as they sometimes end up there.
Included in the price is one digital image of your choice. You’ll get to see all of the final images we have produced, and you can select which one you would like to download. If you love more than one image, you can purchase extra images at the special open day rate of £25 each. All done online, within 7 days of the open day. straightforward, professional and no fuss.
Returning customers will get a special on-the-day discount – returning customers are classified as former wedding photography couples and studio portrait customers (including those who have visited us for past open days).
If you’re unable to make the open day, or you feel you would like more time to capture your headshot, you can book an appointment with us at any time. We offer headshot photography throughout the year, not just at open day events (although pricing is discounted for open days). Please contact us with any queries.
📸 The Finer Details 📸
Appointments are offered on a first come, first served basis. We have a waiting area where you’re welcome to wait, if necessary. During busier times we may have to limit the number of guests in the waiting area, to allow space for everyone to enter and exit the studio safely.
Each mini appointment will have access to our private enclosed studio space for up to 10 minutes. Please arrive at the open day ready to be photographed. Any time spent getting ready to be photographed will count toward your total appointment time. Appointments may be shorter than the full ten minutes. If you would like a full photoshoot experience, you can book an appointment online (pricing differs from our open day fees).
If it gets very busy at the open day, we have a wait-list which will be strictly followed and names will be added on a first come, first served basis. You must be there in person to add your name to the wait-list. If you miss when your appointment is called, your place will be skipped and you will need to join at the back of the queue. Please be aware you may have to wait for your appointment, but we anticipate wait times to be minimal (based on past events). Opening hours are approximate and may be extended or amended. We will honour all appointments that arrive before 3pm. Payment by card only please. We do not accept cash.
