If you’d prefer not to travel to our photography studio in Downend, Bristol for your headshot (more about our standard ‘in studio’ headshot service), we offer professional headshot photography on location in and around the Bristol area. We’ll come to your office or workplace and take care of everything. This is ideal for businesses needing to photograph multiple people individually, or for anyone who would rather have their photos taken in a familiar setting, or simply needs a quick and convenient session at their place of work.

Our on location headshot sessions are flexible and tailored to your space. We can work with the natural surroundings of your office, selecting a suitable area to use as the background. This option is included in the standard on location fee (all pricing is detailed below), and works best in well-lit spaces with a clean, uncluttered look.

If you’d prefer a more polished, studio-style finish, we can also set up our mobile studio at your location (pictured, to the right). This includes professional lighting and a white backdrop, allowing us to create consistent headshots regardless of the space you’re working with. There is an additional fee for this setup (£150 extra, see pricing below), and other backdrop colours are available on request. For this option, we require an area of roughly 3 metres square, with access to a power supply.

Our headshot pricing is based on photographing one person at a time. All images are individual headshots, meaning one person at a time. If you’d like team or group photographs, these are available on request and quoted separately based on the number of people and the type of shot(s) required. Simply contact us with your requirements and we can put together a competitive quote for you. Group shots are not included in the standard pricing and the mobile studio setup is suitable for 1 person at a time, not group photos – these are best taken at our photography studio in Downend, Bristol.
