Book your appointment with us easily and quickly. Please pick what kind of appointment you wish to make from the options below. We offer a variety of different appointment types at our photography studio in Downend, Bristol. Book instantly and see our full availability for all our in-person appointments. Since we operate by appointment only, please ensure you have a confirmed appointment before visiting us, as we may not be on site otherwise.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your appointment has been successfully booked. If you don’t receive this confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder. Without this confirmation your appointment is not secured in our diary, so please get in touch with us before attending. If you provide a UK mobile number you’ll also receive a text reminder one day before your appointment.

What appointment type do I need?

Portrait Photoshoot

Our classic portrait photoshoot option. Photographed on our large white backdrop and suitable for between 1 and 14 guests in total. The appointment will last up to an hour and we’ll take as many photos as we’re able during this time. You can bring changes of outfit if you’d like. There’s a changing room in the studio. This is perfect for families, couples, pets, newborns and more. More information.

Headshots

This is a dedicated appointment focussed on getting the perfect professional headshot for you. We offer two standard headshot sessions, starting with a straightforward 10-minute mini appointment option, or a longer session of up to an hour for greater variety and flexibility. When completing your appointment booking, we’ll ask for details about what kind of headshot you need, so we’ll have everything ready when you arrive for your appointment. More information.

Premium Headshots

This is our more advanced offering for headshots (or anyone wanting an advanced photoshoot for 1 person). It’s more artistic and in-depth and is only available for 1 person per appointment. We’ll set up specialist lighting and collaborate with you to produce something impactful and unique. Photographed on our black backdrop as standard (other backdrops available by prior request). This type of appointment requires our staff to set up the studio with specific equipment, so it can only be booked in advance and cannot be downgraded. More information.

Weddings

If you want to book us for your wedding photography, you don’t need to make an appointment, please contact us directly with your wedding date and venue(s) and we’ll take it from there. All wedding bookings are handled via a separate part of our website – we’ll need to provide you with information on how to access this, so please contact us.

We do offer a ‘Booking Appointment’ if you’d like to talk to us before booking us as your photographer. We also offer a ‘Pre-Wedding Final Meeting’ for couples who are already booked with us and need to finalise their plans. Finally, we offer a ‘Photo Order’ appointment for customers who have already had their wedding photographs taken and want to see and discuss print options and photo books etc. More information.

General Enquiry

If you would like to make a brief appointment to come into our studio in Downend and make an enquiry in person this is the option for you. It’s only a brief appointment of up to ten minutes for you to meet with a member of staff and we can help with your enquiry. Please make sure your enquiry is for a product or service that we offer, to save any disappointment.
