This shoot was a 70th birthday present from my children and we all had great fun. Even though we hadn’t done anything like this before they soon got us relaxed and into the swing of things! From the moment we emailed to the moment we left the studio, Adam made us feel welcome and comfortable. The family photo shoot was relaxed and Adam was lovely and informative. Even my older teenage children enjoyed themselves! The finished images are great as well. Would definitely recommend.

We decided to elope to the registry office, a bit of a why wait when we just want it to be us. A bit of googling and I came across West 70 Photography. The communication was always speedy and clear, the 1 hour registry office package was just what we needed, I know we were sneaking off but we wanted photographs of the day and there is only so much you can do yourselves. Adam was so relaxed and relaxing, the weather was appalling but he’s taken some memorable pictures that capture the easy going nature of our day. He was completely guided by us, not pushing or trying to upsell anything, just quietly capturing the moments. I can’t recommend him enough.

We booked Adam to photograph our wedding in Sept 2019 and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. The booking process was very easy and we particularly liked that pricing was clear and there are no hidden costs. About 2 weeks before the wedding we met with Adam to go through what would happen on the day. This was very helpful so there were no surprises and we knew what to expect. On the day Adam was amazing. He is a very experienced photographer and that showed by how he organised the guests to get the photos we wanted. A lot of the time we didn’t realise he was there which meant there are a lot of natural, informal pictures. My husband and I both felt comfortable when having the couples photos and didn’t have to do any poses. Before Adam left on the day he checked we were happy and had got all of the photos we wanted. Throughout the day we asked him to take a few additional photos and he was very flexible. The photos were available approx. 3 weeks after the wedding which is a very good turnaround time. We love the photos and have ordered ‘thank you’ cards from Adam with a personalised picture on. This is a nice addition to offer. We would highly recommend West 70 Photography for any photography needs. Thank you so much!

They’re so beautiful, some of the more relaxed candid ones are beautiful because the feeling and emotion behind the moments, the way Adam has caught these moments on camera is magical and precious. I had people who were disabled and he did such a good job getting nice photos of them. He was so deeply empathic in nature. You were perfect. We got back from honeymoon two weeks later to find that our photo CD had arrived and we were blown away with how well Adam had captured our day, the images were beyond stunning! Adam was absolutely amazing on our wedding day. He went beyond lengths to make sure we got the photos we wanted, including bringing his long wellies and getting in to the river to get the most amazing shots of us on Tarr Steps! We had no idea he was going to do this and we were thrilled! From the beginning of the process Adam was great and very attentive especially with us living all the way in New Zealand, only coming back home to the UK for the wedding. Adam also got the photos to us so quickly (usually taking 2 weeks, we received them within a few days) as he understood that we were only in the UK for a little while and wanted us to share the photos with family.
