Photo Book Order Help Guide

Book Sizes
We offer two size photo books, a standard size (12″ x 8″) and an XL size (16″ x 12″). All of our photo books (apart from the Deluxe XL Acrylic & Linen Image Cover) are 12″ x 8″, approximately. The Deluxe XL Acrylic & Linen Image Cover is our only XL photo book and is 16″ x 12″. All other photo books are only available in the standard size of 12″ x 8″. Converted, 12″ x 8″ is approximately 30cm x 20cm and 16″ x 12″ is approximately 40cm x 30cm.

Book Style
We offer a variety of designs of photo book for you to pick from. Our designs all differ in price depending on which you pick. We offer everything from the budget friendly to the luxurious. All designs are subject to availability from our supplier. See the photo above showcasing the different styles available (or see our photo book page or full gallery below). You can also view our samples in our studio. Below is more information on each photo book design, the colours available (if applicable) and the optional extras you can add on, if desired.

■ STANDARD HARD COVER (12” x 8”) – £150
A classic photo book with a window cover, the budget friendly option.
Select up to 50 images for your book, as standard.
Available in black, white, light grey & dark grey.
Optional: Add additional pages to have up to 100 images, instead of 50 (£45 extra)

■ STANDARD LINEN COVER (12” x 8”) – £195
A photo book with a linen cover, available to customise as you’d like.
Select up to 50 images for your book, as standard.
Available in black, cream, light grey & dark grey.
Optional: Add additional pages to have up to 100 images, instead of 50 (£55 extra)
Optional: Add 3 rows of foil text to your front cover [not available on ‘cream’ linen cover] (£35 extra)

■ STANDARD IMAGE COVER (12” x 8”) – £195
A glossy front and back cover image make this photo book uniquely yours.
Select up to 50 images for your book, as standard.
Including front & back cover images
Optional: Add additional pages to have up to 100 images, instead of 50 (£65 extra)

■ DELUXE LINEN COVER (12” x 8”) – £295
A ‘lay flat’ luxury photo book with a choice of coloured linen for the cover.
Select up to 60 images for your book, as standard.
Available in black, cream, light grey & dark grey
Optional: Add additional pages to have up to 125 images, instead of 60 (£125 extra)
Optional: Add 3 rows of foil text to your front cover [not available on ‘cream’ linen cover] (£35 extra)

■ DELUXE IMAGE COVER (12“ x 8”) – £295
A ‘lay flat’ luxury photo book featuring your choice of front and back cover image.
Select up to 60 images for your book, as standard.
Including 1x front & 1x back cover images.
Optional: Add additional pages to have up to 125 images, instead of 60 (£150 extra)

■ DELUXE XL ACRYLIC & LINEN IMAGE COVER (16” x 12”) – £425
A ‘lay flat’ luxury photo book featuring a large image of your choice on the cover, covered in a clear acrylic. Featuring a linen side panel and back cover.
Select up to 60 images for your book, as standard.
Including 1x front cover image.
Available in black, cream, light grey & dark grey.
Optional: Add additional pages to have up to 125 images, instead of 60 (£175 extra)

Number of Copies Required
You can order as many books as you would like. We need one order form per book design. If you want three copies of the exact same book (same size, same design) we only need one order form completed. If you want five books but each one has different images (or they’re different sizes / designs) we need an order form per book.

Photo Numbers
We need to know what images you want included in your photo book and we’ll take care of the rest. If you are ordering a “Standard” photo book you’ll need to pick up to 50 images for your book. If you are ordering a “Deluxe” photo book you’ll need to pick up to 60 images for your book for the best layout. If you’ve got a handful more than the maximum that’s not a problem, but the more images you have in your book the more compact the layout will be. You need to look at your images as they were originally provided to you, they will each have your surname followed by a number (for example “Smith – 001.jpg”, “Smith – 002.jpg” and so on). We need the numbers at the end of the photo, for example 001, 004, 028 and so on. Please double check the image numbers you provide are correct.

If you want more than the maximum number of images allowed in your book you can add on additional pages to your photo book. The price of this varies based upon which photo book design you have (see the photo book details above for pricing). By adding more pages it will enable you to have more photos in your photo book, up to the maximum detailed.

Full Page Images
A full page image is an image that takes up a full/whole page in your photo book by itself. We recommend picking your absolute favourite images as your full page images. We recommend 3 or 4 full page images per photo book. We recommend selecting landscape photos for your full page images, as they properly fill the page. It is possible to use portrait images but please be aware they do not fill the page as well. If you don’t mind what photos are full page images, you can just let us pick (please notify us of this on your photo book order form).
