All of our pricing is available in full on our website as well, so you can price everything up and know exactly how much your booking with us will cost. We offer coverage of all types of business events at a location(s) of your choice. We naturally and discreetly photograph your corporate business event – with very minimal posing required (unless requested). This means you can enjoy the event and leave the photographs to us – we’ll capture everything naturally and discreetly. We’ll diligently work to capture the event as it unfolds in a natural and unobtrusive manner. We require very little interaction meaning we arrive, get on with the photography assignment, and leave you to focus on and enjoy the corporate event. We’ll then get the digital images to you shortly after the even as digital files for you to use how you see fit.
We include all of the digital images to you as standard. We also edit all of the images before providing them to you. This means you get all the shots included in an online sharable gallery which can quickly and conveniently be downloaded by anyone you share the password with. We also include copyright permission so you can share/use the images how you’d like. We’re based in Downend, Bristol and photograph a number of corporate events in Bristol and the surrounding area. We’re also proud to be the recommended event photography supplier for a number of large local event venues in the Bristol area. There may be very modest travel charges for events that are further afield / city centre locations / where parking charges apply. Please contact us to discuss.

CORPORATE EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY – HOURLY RATE – From £200
For the first hour it’s £200 and then £150 per hour thereafter. Includes all of the final images as digital JPEG files to download. Editing and commercial copyright included.
CORPORATE EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY – HALF DAY RATE – £599
Up to four hours photography at your corporate business event. Includes all of the final images as digital JPEG files to download. Editing and commercial copyright included. Charged at £150 per hour for events that go beyond 4 hours / overrun.
CORPORATE EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY – FULL DAY RATE – £999
Up to seven hours photography at your corporate business event. Includes all of the final images as digital JPEG files to download. Editing and commercial copyright included. Charged at £150 per hour for events that go beyond 7 hours / overrun.
