Book An Appointment – Corporate Studio Photography


Please select your appointment from the availability below, then follow instructions to complete the booking form for your corporate studio photography booking. Your appointment will take place at our photography studio in Downend, Bristol. See our pricing here (under “studio photography” section).

For standard (non-corporate) bookings including actors headshots, modelling portfolio etc please complete our standard studio appointment request.

For all studio photography appointments we securely hold on file credit/debit card details. This is to confirm your appointment, similar to a hotel, salon or restaurant booking. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to arrive for your appointment. Missed appointments are subject to a £25 administration fee.

Please read our temporary COVID-19 guidelines for all in-person studio bookings which may overrule some terms outlined below.

 

■ GENERAL INFORMATION 

Our address is West 70 Photography, 9 Cleeve Wood Road, Downend, Bristol, BS16 2SF (Google maps link).

 There’s free 2 hour parking right outside our studio although sometimes it can take a few minutes to find a space when busier, please allow time for this. There is also bicycle parking right outside, and we are opposite a bus stop route (plan your bus route here). We can also be reached easily on foot.

Please arrive at our studio in Downend a few minutes before your photo-shoot is scheduled to begin. This is so we can complete the booking process and get things situated. Please do not arrive too early for your appointment as we may not be on site or be with another booking.

You will receive confirmation via e-mail of your appointment. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for this confirmation. Your e-mail address and mobile phone number provided will be used to remind you of your appointment(s) with us. Contact information will not be used for any other purposes. The photo-shoot will last up to an hour (unless you have booked for another specified amount of time). Your photo-shoot will begin at the scheduled start time and will conclude up to one hour after the appointment begins. Appointments may naturally conclude before the full hour but we’re happy to take as many photographs as you’d like during your session.

We have a changing room on site if anyone being photographed wishes to bring changes of outfit. A bathroom is also available. Your photo-shoot session will include both sitting and standing poses, please let us know of any mobility issues or conditions so we can accommodate any needs. Disabled access to our studio is available on request.

 You may wish to think about co-ordinating outfits etc. This is entirely optional and up to you, we want everyone attending the appointment to be comfortable. Please bring along anything you or any guests may need during the photo-shoot. No shoes are allowed to be worn while photographing on our white cove backdrop. This is so we can keep it looking tidy for photographs. Socks or bare feet are welcome. For full body photographs a protective cover can be provided so shoes can temporarily be worn.

Please let us know of any special requests or instructions at the time of booking. We cannot promise we will be able to accommodate any requests made on the day, but we will always try our best.

Payment is due at the appointment. If paying (in whole or part) by gift voucher please bring this with you to the appointment. We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as cash (cash payments should be the exact amount). We do not accept cheques.

When making a booking we require that a credit/debit card be provided to confirm the appointment. The card details provided are securely held to confirm your appointment, similar to a hotel or restaurant booking. Your card will not be charged unless you fail to arrive for your appointment. Missed appointments are subject to a £25.00 administration fee.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please refer to your confirmation email. You can cancel/reschedule your appointment automatically online up until 12 hours before the scheduled start time. If you need to reschedule last minute (within 12 hours) please contact us via e-mail.
